Heavy snow affected the Kanto region on the last day of the extended weekend, but people still flocked to the movie theaters and made ?Hunter x Hunter: Phantom Rouge? the highest grossing movie of the weekend.

?Les Miserables? continued to stick to its second position, while ?ONE PIECE FILM Z? had to become acquainted with third place after enjoying four weeks on the top.

Two new movies followed on the fourth and fifth place with the French action thriller ?Taken 2? and the science fiction action film ?Looper?, respectively.
