Well, almost, at least.

There's an undeniable resemblance between Potter and Moore's Antichrist. How startling are the similarities, you ask? Let's count the ways: Moore's character has a notable scar, a mentor named Riddle (the real last name of Potter's lifelong nemesis, Lord Voldemort) and travels to a magic school by way of a magic train hidden in King's Cross station, just like the Boy Who Lived. There is no mention of the words "Harry" or "Potter," but the result is clear: Moore has cast an analogue of J.K. Rowling's globally renowned hero as his very own Antichrist.

But there's no denying that "Potter" really is more than just a collection of books and films: It's a lifestyle, not just for fans, but for flesh-and-blood, real-world muggles who keep the Rowling-manufactured train rolling ahead full steam.

HTC gets official with ICS for the Rezound, no word on an OTA just yet (update - or not)

Update: and just like that HTC has pulled the listing for the 3.14.605 update to Ice Cream Sandwich from the support page. Back to waiting.

HTC has posted the official news that ICS is available for the Rezound, but we can't find anyone who has found it yet. Version 3.14.605.10 710RD should be hitting devices shortly according to HTC and will update devices running the stock firmware to Ice Cream Sandwich, and is installed like any other OTA update through the settings menu.

It's worth noting that this is the same build as the last leak, and one that's been kicking around from HTC in RUU form for those who don't want to wait for an OTA. That's where the Rezound forums come into play, where folks live and breathe this sort of thing and can point you in the right direction for any assistance you might need. In any case, we'll update when we hear news that it's pushing out over-the-air.

Jailbreaking my iPhone 3GS...will this work?

I downgraded my baseband on my iPhone 3GS from 06.15.00 so now I have 05.13.04 on my thethered unlocked 5.1 iPhone. But I need a phone that will be both jailbroken untethered and unlocked.

Now that I don't have the iPad baseband, will I be able to do this just by upgrading normally with iTunes to 5.1.1, then jailbreaking with redsn0w, then unlock with ultrasn0w? Or am I missing a step?

On a side note, if there's anyway I can stick to 5.1 but have it untethered, that would be great.
